    SCHEDULE / OVERVIEW

    This is a full-time position in our office in Bridgeport, CT. Days and hours of work can fluctuate, work week runs Monday through Friday and hours are 40 hours per week.

  • $28-$35

  • Monday-Friday

  • Must be able to work within the core Shop hours of 7AM-4:30PM

  • 40 hours

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Production Inventory Responsibilities

  • Tracking, Entering, and Reconciling production material (paint, epoxy, beads etc.) used daily & weekly, while calculating mil rates

  • Responsible for inventory purchasing and maintaining vendor relationships

  • Responsible for verifying all shipments received, reconcile and match purchase orders

  • Note all inventory entries to monitor application rates, mills

  • Report Daily on usage rates and work with tank monitors

  • Maintain stocking levels and re-order points for all inventory

  • Responsible for overseeing weekly physical counts and tracking results

    Shop Responsibilities

  • Check daily reports and dashboard for accurate fuel transaction and issue reporting

  • Schedule appointments with vendors

  • Assist in maintaining the tracking and scheduling of maintenance

  • Maintain all shops filing and records

  • Run reports, enter data in appropriate spread sheets for accounting purposes

  • Update truck files for consistency across systems

  • Monitor GPS for any issues/contact support when needed

  • Coordinate apparel and promotional printing

  • Order and maintain all decals for trucks and equipment

  • Reviewing and approving invoices ordered by this position

  • Various other admin and ad hoc duties

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter/problem solver

  • Excellent communication and people skills
