Hussmann Corporation Performance Parts Representative in Bridgeton, Missouri

Overview

This position will be responsible for supporting the Performance Parts Department's efforts by entering quotes/orders and providing tracking information to both internal and external customers. This position also supports the Performance Parts Team in achieving a 2-hour turnaround time on all customer contacts. The role must ensure that the customer specifications and requests are entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • First contact for receiving calls and emails for parts requests

  • Process orders for shipments including complete entry of customer and transaction data to ensure correct recording of order

  • Utilize Hussmann Part’s Oracle System to capture customer information and generate proposals.

  • Qualify customers for urgency and history of business transactions

  • Communicate and coordinate opportunities between Equipment Sales teammates

  • Monitor and complete the Warranty Parts Order and Tracking. Work with the Category Analysts to offer inventory stock suggestions to meet the customer needs.

  • Assist in department projects, which may include shared mailbox

Qualifications

  • 2+ Customer Engagement; 6 months inside sales exp servicing clients via phone or email preferred. Experience using ERP system (i.e Oracle)

  • 1 year proven Hussmann or relevant industry experience supporting client categories via phone or email.

  • High School Diploma required w/ 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred w/ 0 yrs exp

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer.

  • BSS experience preferred

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain an organized and repeatable sales and ordering process.

  • Enthusiasm for customer service and has a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize quickly.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
