Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work in BRIDGEVILLE, Pennsylvania, United States. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment to manage accounts receivable duties. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficient operations.

• Manage cash applications to keep financial records up-to-date.

• Carry out light collections tasks to maintain the financial health of the company.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all customer information is accurately recorded.

• Handle aging reports to monitor customer accounts.

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP to perform tasks efficiently.

• Engage in account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

• Handle billing tasks to ensure all charges are correctly invoiced to customers.

• Manage commercial collections to ensure all debts are collected in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Competence in Billing procedures and processes

• Familiarity with Cash Applications

• Proven track record in Cash Collections

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Proficiency in SAP software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
