Robert Half Compensation Analyst in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in the HR industry based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be tasked with performing data analysis on compensation packages, conducting market research, and making recommendations to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry standards and trends related to compensation

• Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and inform decision-making

• Recommend salary ranges and total compensation packages based on data analysis and market research

• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job classifications to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align compensation recommendations with business needs and goals

• Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and data to senior management and other stakeholders

• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation practices

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation practices

• Utilize your skills in Compensation & Benefits and Compensation Analysis to enhance the performance of your role

Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits analysis

• Proficiency in Compensation Analysis techniques and strategies

• Demonstrated ability to effectively use HRIS and Compensation Management systems

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
