The IT Executive Support Technician is responsible for providing onsite, white-glove IT support to the C-Level Executive Team. This role serves as the single point of contact for all technology-related issues and requests from the executive team, ensuring a highly proactive and responsive service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting C-Level executives, demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver support outside of regular business hours when necessary.

Candidates should possess a college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. However, candidates with significant job experience and/or certifications in related technologies will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of various technology issues (computers, printers, servers, network, and applications) for the C-Level Executive Team.

  • Providing in-person technical support.

  • Provide on-site support for all critical meetings, including the Quarterly Earnings Calls, Executive Leadership Team meetings, and Board meetings.

  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.

  • Preparing and documenting devices for legal hold for data retention.

  • Maintaining positive relationships with executives and providing training as needed.

  • Collaborating with network and infrastructure technicians and systems administrators for efficient computing and network environment operation.

  • Documenting IT-related procedures and processes.

  • Developing solutions and managing multiple tasks independently and with the team.

  • Serving as a liaison with third-party vendors and responding promptly to incoming calls or emails regarding hardware or software problems.

  • Maintaining inventory of components and equipment and assisting in handling all equipment appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or significant related experience.

  • 3 or more years of work experience in IT, working closely with C-Level executives.

  • A+ Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional or other industry certifications preferred.

  • Strong experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing computer hardware and software, and coordinating the installation of PC systems.

  • Working knowledge of networking and communications protocols, MS Windows OS, and MS Office support.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and network services (DNS & DHCP) is a plus.

  • Experience with Zero-Touch hardware deployments.

  • Ability to train and guide less-experienced individuals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team, learning new systems and hardware as implemented.

  • Strong customer service focused.
