Description:
This position will be responsible for creating and supporting timely and accurate financial analysis and process improvement Global Supply Finance deliverables including the assembly and consolidation of financial forecasting, other management reporting and ongoing business support of operational excellence savings initiatives and special projects as assigned.This position will also coordinate development and presentation of deliverables created by Global Supply Finance financial planning and analysis personnel with Global Supply Finance cost accounting and inventory personnel to ensure accurate form, content and communication of materials such as inventory cost master data, standard costs, reserves, variances and cost of goods sold to Finance and Business Leadership. This position will play an integral role working with different departments such as Operations, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain to ensure reporting clarity and data accuracy.

Essential Functions:
Support international budgets and LEs for Global Finance manufacturing
Reporting of monthly Actual Spend and other Tech Ops results: Monitoring of Actual Spend versus forecasts and work on controls to save costs in specific areas; Month-End Close collaboration with cross functional teams to research/resolve financial close issues to ensure accurate and reliable reporting; Supporting adaptive reporting and accounting query resolutions of plant management personnel
Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics related to inventory and operations: Monitoring of Actual Spend versus forecasts and work on controls to save costs in specific areas; Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed related to cost savings; Support with SOX controls and other aspects related to controls and audit requests

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Finance or related field - Required
Experience:
5 years or more in Experience in cost accounting or a similar finance role
5 years or more in Managing a function, people, projects or a combination
Skills:
Demonstrate the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing - Intermediate
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Advanced
Specialized Knowledge:
Understands balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team member in a hands-on management capacity
