• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements for properties.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented.

• Review and approve property-level accounts payable and receivable.

• Conduct periodic budget reviews and financial forecasting.

• Coordinate with auditors to prepare audit materials and facilitate annual audits.
