Title: Hospice RN Summer in Maine - Contract

What You’ll Do:

• Work a minimum 13-week contract, 36-40 hours/week during summer months in Maine.

• Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.

• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.

• Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.

• Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.

• Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.

  What You’ll Bring:

• 1 year of recent hospice experience required.

• Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.

• Current CPR card required.

• A reliable car with insurance.
