Service Source Custodian - Part Time in Brigham City, Utah

This is a PT position working 8pm to 1am., Monday - Friday.
Primary Duties
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.
Clean restrooms, offices, and public areas following proper cleaning procedures.
Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and empty trash in public areas.
Attention to detail specific areas of dusting of desktops and fixtures.
Ability to perform all aspects of vacuuming of carpets in offices under desk and edges.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certifications
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
Must be able to work the required evening schedule
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to comprehend basic written and oral instructions.
Knowledge of custodial related field helpful but not necessary.
Should be pleasant and courteous.
Ability to cooperate with others, good personal and grooming habits.
Ability to maintain a clean and orderly working area to maximize efficiency.
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as task requires.
Ability to use hands finger, feel or handle as task requires.
Ability to use arms to reach, climb or balance as task requires.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
