Description

Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company in Brighton, CO to add an experience Accounts Receivable & Payroll Clerk. The Accounts Receivable & Payroll Clerk will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP software to process weekly payroll ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation, including processing and compliance reporting of union dues.

• Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and project management teams to address payroll-related queries and issues.

• Verify data related to timecards, hours worked, and overtime for payroll processing.

• Address any questions or concerns related to dues processing in collaboration with union representatives.

• Compile, track, and process payroll for projects to ensure compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.

• Generate various payroll reports for management review and analysis as needed.

• Process monthly pay applications and invoices using Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project contracts.

• Actively manage accounts receivable aging, conducting follow-ups on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.

• Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, fostering strong relationships with clients and resolving billing disputes amicably.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to accurately document project progress and billable amounts.

• Review contract terms, change orders, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy of pay applications.

Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role as a Payroll Clerk.

• Knowledge and experience with 'Payroll - Union' is necessary.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software.

• Certification in Payroll is required.

• Experience in handling Multi-state Payroll.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise software.

• Ability to handle Weekly Payroll.

• Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ability to generate Aging Reports.

• Experience in Automated billing is necessary.

• Proficiency in Billing and understanding Contract Terms.
