Job Title: Shipping and Receiving

Job Description

Receiving packages, unpacking and processing goods, and inputting receipts into the system. Pulling orders to be delivered on trucks. Scanning items and using computer data entry to keep track of inventory. You will be trained by a lead until you are up to speed. Eventually, you will be forklift certified for both stand-up and sit-down forklifts after conversion. You need to be willing to be trained on the forklift. The first 3 months will involve getting familiar with the system, receiving and pulling orders, and loading and unloading trucks.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including the use of 'ten hot key' ATMS, Microsoft Excel, and data entry

• Experience handling email communication via Outlook, particularly for addressing issues with shipments

• Ability to accurately take dimensions and input data into software systems for tracking purposes

Soft Skills

• Positive personality and strong customer service-based attitude

• Sense of urgency and great communication internally and externally

• Willingness to help other team members and learn

This is a fully on-site position in Brisbane, California.
