Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day functions in a few departments with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office assistant, admin assistant, or similar administrative role, and 2+ years of data entry experience. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and multiple platforms is a must. The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years within an office assistant, admin assistant, or similar admin role

  • 2+ years data entry experience

  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook using multiple platforms

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

You will be working with a world-renowned manufacturer of dosing pumps and metering systems with over 40 years of experience. The company provides solutions tailored to meet any given need, specializing in the design and manufacture of solenoid and motor-driven dosing pumps, along with measurement and analysis systems. The work hours are from 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This is a 100% on-site position.
