We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Qualifications
⁃ Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
⁃ The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
⁃ Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
⁃ Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
⁃ Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast⁃paced work environment
⁃ Previous experience with retail point⁃of⁃sale software
⁃ Proficient in Microsoft Office

Description - External
The Ecom Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Ecom site. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team. They will support our onsite Store Manager with daily Ecom operations and team supervision.
We are seeking an individual who can ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, oversee inventory management, and foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfillment & Dispatch Goals:
• Efficiently manage a high volume workload to meet order processing targets and expectations.
• Process orders received through the ecommerce platform.
• Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to company packaging standards.
• Consistently meet business targets and exceed customer order expectations.
• Effectively manage and resolve any errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt.
• Coordinate timely pickup of packages.
• Submit shipment manifests and maintain an accurate log of daily shipments received.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-site receiving and shipment teams.
• Work closely with the Corporate Market team to address special requests, manage special orders, and maintain a returns log.
Supervisory Responsibilities Goals :
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage the workflow of all employees and delegate tasks effectively.
• Supervise and lead a team of 1-3 employees on a daily basis.
• Train new personnel to develop product and process knowledge.
• Ensure daily goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with team members on a daily basis.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with partner stores and teams.
Inventory Management/Safety Goals :
• Collaborate with the Ecom Team and Ecommerce Operations to address urgent inventory needs and facilitate transfers.
• Receive goods and verify quantities against records.
• Maintain daily organization of stock and monitor supply levels.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with end-of-year inventory.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the Ecom stock area.
Qualifications - External

Anticipated Hourly Range $18.56 to $30.93 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget). In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s).
