Cummins Inc. In-Shop Power Generation Technician in Bristol, Pennsylvania

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented In-Shop Power Generation Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Bristol, PA.

*$5000.00 Sign on Bonus!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Completing repair activities on generators or components

  • Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools

  • Maintain detailed records of service

  • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies

  • Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products

  • Maintain own tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

Experience:

Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products

High Voltage /Low Voltage practical experience

Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Apprentice Trained Power Generation / Electrical Technician (Preferred)

Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

Current relevant electrical certification

Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Hours are 7AM -3:30PM Monday through Friday . Hours are subject to change to business needs and or conditions.

Compensation and Benefits Base

Salary rate commensurate with experience.
