**Maintenance Worker I - Street Department

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled maintenance and repair work including:
  • Grounds Maintenance
  • Street Repairs
  • Collection of solid waste
  • Other related duties as assigned
• Perform all work according to established safety standards, codes and regulations applicable to the work

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent diploma preferred, with some maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for the position.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work in all types weather conditions.
