HR CLERK

Robert Half’s client in Brockton, MA is looking to bring on an HR clerk to assist with onboarding new employees. Strong customer service skills. You will be filing, answering phones, voicemail forwarding, handling walk ins/ badge preparation.

In a medical facility – will need required vaccines

Location: Brockton MA, (HR office setting)

Duration: Approximately 90 days

Start Date: May 1st

Pay: $19-21/hr – based on experience

Requirements - Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

• Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor

• Clerk Job experience

• Administrative Assistance experience preferred

• Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

• Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
