The Mental Health Program has a commitment to foster continued education and professional growth for our clinicians which includes: paid quarterly trainings eligible for CEUs; weekly individual supervision to support licensing requirements; clinically supportive environment with access to senior clinical staff throughout the week; monthly clinical group supervision. Responsibilities * Provide community and office-based work with children, adolescents and adults survivors including individuals, families, and groups * 24-28 weekly clinical hours including both individual and group therapy * crisis intervention and participation in on call rotation * conduct intakes for new clients * case management for caseload clients * participate in weekly clinical and administrative supervision * participate in monthly programmatic and agency wide meetings Requirements * Must be license eligible or hold a Master\'s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field * Minimum of 2 years knowledge of issues related to child development, mental health, addiction and domestic violence * Willingness to be involved in community outreach and training * Must be culturally aware, have experience in working with diverse populations and a passion for working to bring about social justice and change * Must have experience with working with Trauma, including Domestic Violence and Play Therapy * Substance abuse training and supervisory experience a big plus * Valid Driver\'s License Candidates bi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, or Haitian Creole are highly desirable.
