Description We are offering a contract for a Senior HR Generalist role in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in Brockton, Massachusetts. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for key HR operations, handling inquiries, and managing various bonus processing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Respond to various HR-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Manage the processing of bonuses, ensuring all are handled accurately and promptly.
• Handle the processing of retention bonuses, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
• Oversee the referral processing, ensuring all referrals are properly acknowledged and processed.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.
• Operate ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer.
• Use Ceridian and Dayforce for various HR functions.
• Handle Benefit Functions, ensuring all employee benefits are properly managed.
• Maintain Communication with all levels of the organization, ensuring all HR matters are properly conveyed.
• Ensure Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage Employee Relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Handle FMLA matters, ensuring all requests are properly processed and managed. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for managing financial aspects of HR operations
• Demonstrated skills in using ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication and data transfer
• Proficient in using Ceridian for HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration
• Expertise in Dayforce for streamlined HR management and real-time access to data
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with employees and management
• Ability to ensure Compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices
• Excellent in Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment and manage conflicts
• Proficiency in managing Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
