Zefi & Co LLC Project Management Specialist in Bronx, New York
Responsible for day-to-day project operations, coordinating the activities of construction projects to ensure quality and schedules are met and costs controlled. Prepare service contracts for proposed equipment, modifications or services and explain payment terms and expected start/completion dates. Purchase equipment and materials for service work and projects. Responsible for the technical documents specific to the project. Responsible for supervising and documenting project schedules, follow up on change orders. Provide quality customer service and follow up with customers. Prepare, file, and follow up on project documentation including submittals, insurance certificates, notices. Prepare permit filing applications and coordinate permit inspections. Organize project contacts, emails, and other correspondence. Act as a primary point of contact for customers and subcontractors and field employees. Develop accurate, and well written proposals for presentation to the client. Manage and track project changes and adjustments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, management, construction, logistics, public administration, complex administration + 1 yr. of job experience.
