Job Description

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic lab testing on raw, in-process, and finished goods. Your tasks will include determining the pH, moisture, salt, fat content, and color checks. Additionally, you will conduct detailed examinations of all incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Your role will also include conducting detailed audits of processing operations and good manufacturing practices to enforce product safety and compliance. You will coordinate corrective actions with management when deviations are found, and maintain complete records of all quality assurance related audits and inspections.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology or Chemistry preferred but not required

Experience working in a lab environment

Experience working in a quality inspection role, preferable in a dry foods operation
