Your Role on Our Team:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for Milwaukee Tool visitors at our Brookfield Headquarters campus! In this role, you will provide superior customer experience while managing a variety of front desk and administrative responsibilities that support the Milwaukee Tool team. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, proactive, and resourceful, balancing customer-facing duties with administrative tasks.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the onsite reception area and operating Milwaukee Tool’s corporate telephone system during regular business hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday), ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, facilitating smooth check-ins, connections with their designated contacts and check-outs.

  • Support various day-to-day administrative activities, such as meeting coordination, travel coordination, event planning, and assisting with special projects.

  • Create digital greeting signs for the reception area as requested.

  • Assist with employee perks programs by managing local entertainment passes, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and tracking usage.

  • Coordinate seamless communication and distribution of our service recognition program.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and provide general administrative support to contribute to the smooth operation of the campus.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2 Years of office experience required

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

  • Strong communication, customer service skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required

  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Communications
