SUMMARY: The Lending Sales Specialist provides support to both internal business partners and external clients in order to ensure superior service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:North Shore Bank\'s Position Descriptions are intended to describe only the major functions of the job. You may be expected to perform other duties specified by your manager. Everyone is expected to contribute whatever efforts necessary to operate efficiently and effectively to insure the success of the Bank. Coordinates the processes necessary to ensure the quality and efficiency of all new account set-ups for Commercial Banking, by partnering with the appropriate Retail staff. Processes include such things as: account openings; ordering business checks; assigning appropriate Officer codes in the system; ensuring appropriate account holds are removed; and, monitoring the new account for a period of time to ensure customer is assigned to appropriate product and accounts are performing as anticipated by the customer. Identifies potential additional customer business needs and confers with appropriate internal business partners in order to grow and develop client relationships. Responds to questions from Retail business partners relating to Commercial and Treasury Management clients to assist with resolving standard situations.
