Senior Financial Analyst, Fire & Emergency Financial Planning & Analysis Critical Senior Financial Analyst role reporting to the Fire & Emergency (F&E) Director of FP&A. Assists Director of FP&A with all core financial planning and analysis processes to ensure predictability, accountability, and high performance. Using advanced, broad-based finance, accounting, and business knowledge, delivering value-added business analysis that supports the Leadership team in identification of opportunities to increase revenue, expand profits, generate cash and overall business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be a technology savvy finance professional who can optimize finance systems to enable better reporting capabilities and enterprise standardization. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the F&E annual planning (AOP), monthly and quarterly forecasting processes (consolidation, internal/external reporting), 5-year financial strategic plan, and lead assigned ad-hoc improvement projects and implement recommendations. This role will also be responsible for supporting the month-end close process for F&E business units to ensure a timely close and accurate reporting of financial results, which includes developing and improving financial templates for P&L and KPI analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Director of FP&A with Board of Directors presentations, Operating Review presentations, and other related financial and business analyses. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience and education Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and advanced proficiency with Excel Knowledge OneStream and PowerBI Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication/presentation skills and overall business acumen.
