Consider this opportunity: Structural Engineering Cold-Formed Project Manager Primary Responsibilities: * Organize and manage structural design efforts for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining project budgets. * Manage and review structural engineering drawings for assigned projects/work assignments including the preparation of plans, schedules and details * Review structural systems of primarily cold-formed steel framing for a variety of healthcare, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and institutional buildings nationwide * Review Structural calculations for submittal * Manage CAD and BIM Technicians to produce shop drawings and BIM models * Manage engineers on the team on larger projects * Assist with training and mentoring team members and technical skills training for professional growth and development * Assist with plan review for team members * Communicate with clients and maintain project schedules and design budgets * Help lead business development efforts for cold-formed projects, including identifying new opportunities and writing proposals. * Develop and manage a portfolio of clients. * Perform and lead the structural design of various building design projects.
