Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Admin to join our Business Technology Group (BTG) in Brookfield, WI to provide top-notch help desk assistance and technical support for all Wolter users and staff. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, tablets, printers, and other peripheral devices. Position Responsibilities: Provide end-user support including software installation, troubleshooting, and user account setup. Configure and maintain computers, phones, printers, tablets, and other peripherals. Support our technician workforce with service laptops and programs. Deliver software, hardware, and user training. Enforce IT policies to ensure data security and disaster recovery. Handle Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics CRM, basic networking, and wireless technology. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT setups and processes. Manage VOIP and cellular communication devices. Travel to branches across WI, IL, IN, OH, KY, MO for support. Take on special projects as assigned by the BTG staff. Essential Skills and Experience: Associate\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 1-2 years of IT support experience. In-depth knowledge of PC and printer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience supporting mobile devices on various platforms. Familiarity with audio-visual equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse personnel. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to Wolter\'s vision and mission. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk or hear. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work in both minimal noise office environments and noisier shop settings.
