Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking General Manager 5 ( Food Service Director) for South Dakota State University (https://sdstatedining.sodexomyway.com/en-us/locations/) in Brookings, SD. Reporting to the Resident District Manager, this student focused role will oversee day to day operations: managing budgets including food and labor cost, managing and developing 150 employees through salaried managers: ensure solid student satisfaction, etc.

What You'll Do
Lead with exceptional financial acumen,
Facilitate top quality dining options and implement innovative concepts to maintain high customer satisfaction survey scores
Mentor and promote staff,
Manage influential communication with executive clients

What You Bring
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
Have 3-5 years previous success as General Manage / Food Service Director in a high volume campus dining account,
Develop exceptional client relationships, ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments, as well as lead and motivate the management team
Possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, culinary knowledge, and food and beverage cost controls
Are successful bringing in innovation and solutioning to help our clients meet their mission/goals.
