Description

As the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent. You will lead the development and execution of strategies to identify, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and values. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives, including sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.

  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance on recruitment strategies, process improvements, and professional development.

  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Enhance the company's employer brand by implementing creative and effective employer branding initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels, talent networks, and partnerships.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, track recruitment trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Onboarding and Integration: Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program that facilitates the seamless integration of new hires into the organization, promotes employee engagement, and accelerates time-to-productivity.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand talent requirements, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize talent acquisition and onboarding processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (6+) in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding, with a focus on leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving innovation, change, and continuous improvement in talent acquisition and onboarding practices.

  • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to promote a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
