Duties Description As a Human Resources Specialist 1, you will work in Kingsboro Psychiatric Center's Human Resource Office and your duties will include: • Preparing employment transactions in accordance with Civil Service Law• Reviewing and preparing requests for new positions, reclassifications, and increases in minimum hiring rates• Developing recruitment strategies• Corresponding with potential applicants about job opportunities• Counseling employees as needed• Overseeing the administration of time and attendance rules
