Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Justice and Public Safety within our team. This is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure all quality objectives are met.
• Implement and monitor automated and manual test scripts to assess the functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of products and services.
• Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts, coordinating with cross-domain teams to ensure thorough coverage.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of product architecture and features.
• Create and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases, ensuring accurate and effective testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, ensuring timely closure of all issues.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to support quality assurance activities and decision-making.
• Ensure user expectations are consistently met throughout the testing process.
• Draft and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality assurance standards and industry regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing, with a focus on software quality assurance.
• 2+ years of experience in the Justice and Public Safety domain, with a deep understanding of its unique requirements and challenges.
• Proficiency in using QA tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Postman, and Selenium for testing, tracking, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of QA databases and testing applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80,800 to $129,300.
