Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part Time Payroll Clerk in the construction/contractor industry located in Brooklyn, Ohio. This role will primarily involves managing the payroll process, maintaining accurate records, and addressing related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll data entry for multiple employees

• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions

• Liaise with external payroll processing company to ensure accurate payroll delivery

• Handle both union and non-union employee payroll

• Prepare and submit union reporting as required

• Utilize various accounting software systems to manage payroll processes efficiently

• Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries

• Assist with additional accounting functions and check processing as required

• Support with benefit functions administration

Requirements

-Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

-Experience with Payroll

-Strong data entry skills

-Attention to detail

-Ability to work independently
