Integer Project Manager, Engineering in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

You work with internal and external customers and technical resources to ensure the effective execution of each project to a defined set of deliverables. You coordinate cross functional teams that may include representatives from functions such as design engineering, R&D, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance, sales, and environmental, health, and safety. You leverage Project Management tools and systems to capture, track, and report on project costing, timelines, and overall progress to defined deliverables. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. * Gather, create, and maintain project data leveraging project management tools and systems, ensuring integrity of such tasks as: o Project setup & update in the Oracle ERP system o Project forecasting & reporting o Oversight of specific governing customer agreements, billing events, & milestones related to a given project o Tracking expenditures charged to the project o Coordinating across functions to ensure appropriate revenue recognition associated with Nonrecurrent Engineering (NRE) and/or sales of sample, prototype, or verification units as part of a defined project. * Accountable for completing an assigned project within budget and on time, meeting key performance objectives, managing issues to resolution or appropriately escalating issues for assistance in resolving, managing project and scope changes to what was defined in the quote and/or State of Work developed for the project. * Provide regular project updates to sales, operations, quality, finance and other functions to ensure project scope, deliverable deliveries, and financial objectives are on track. * Prepare, monitor, and manage the project to the defined plan, quote, budget, specification, and schedule, providing regular status reports as requested. * Track the established Key Performance Indicators, including milestones, associated with a given project. * Provide support for resolving project management system data entry and reporting issues and for conducting data audits. * Use the established Program (Project) Management Office tools as prescribed in the PMO Handbook. * Collaborate with functional stakeholder Follow the established Product Development Process (PDP), Manufacturing Transfer Process (MTP), and/or Technical Development Process (TDP) procedures, as applicable. * Performs other duties as required. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study preferred. Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in an engineering, project administrator, or project coordinator role demonstrating the application of essential project management skills and tools Knowledge & Skills: Special Skills: o Adept at using computer & project management applications o Effectively able to multitask o Organized and detail-oriented o Strong written and oral communication skills o Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Specialized Knowl dge: o Previous experiences working with project management and/or ERP system tools preferred o Good understanding of project budgeting & forecasting based on previous experiences o Excellent and demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving skills U.S. Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Veterans
