Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-Perform facility inspects on two facility and oversee a team of 2-6 people, ranging from Maintenance team to troubleshoooting equipment

-Evaluate cost efficienty of projcets and maintain compliance with codes and regulations

-Distribute leys or other access to various mechanical rooms

-Hands on mentality when it comes to identifiy and fixing issues, rather than just delegating

-Perform other duties as assigned
