Griswold Home Care, Inc Client Coordinator in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Summary:  The Client Coordinator at Griswold Home Care is a full-time, hourly home care/non-medical role. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating high quality home care services for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized. The job is in Broomfield, Colorado and is in-office.    Compensation & Benefits:  The Client Coordinator will receive a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $23 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, they will have the opportunity to participate in the company's benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.    Responsibilities:  * Act as the main point of contact for clients, their families, and caregivers.  * Match clients with appropriate caregivers based on their needs, preferences, and availability.  * Monitor and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are filled.  * Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments.  * Communicate any changes or concerns with the client's healthcare team and family members.  * Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families to ensure they receive the best care possible.  * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records and documentation.  * Track and report on client satisfaction and caregiver performance.  * Process weekly client billing to be finalized by supervisor.    Requirements:  * Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.  * Previous experience in a homecare or senior care setting preferred.  * Strong organizational and time-management skills.  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  * Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.  * Knowledge of home care industry and local community resources.  * Proficiency in computer systems and software.  * Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.  * Must have a reliable mode of transportation.    Benefits:  * Weekly pay – direct deposit  * Medical benefits with United Healthcare – available 90 days after start of employment  * Ancillary benefits including vision and dental – available 90 days after start of employment  * 401K program with 5% employer match – available 6 months after start of employment  * Paid sick time on an accrual basis  * Paid vacation time  * Bonus programs including quarterly    EEOC Statement:  Griswold Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status.
