Conga seeks Sr Legal Counsel in Broomfield, CO to work on regulatory issues impacting Conga service offerings, including impact of domestic & int'l legal frameworks. Requires Master's degree in law or rel. field or equiv & 3 yrs of exp drafting & negotiating inbound & outbound commercial agreements, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements & data processing agreements for a global SaaS company; assisting with creation, updating, & maintenance of comprehensive privacy, data security & product compliance guidelines, including GDPR, CCPA, & HIPAA compliance; working closely w/ other attorneys to monitor developments on legal issues particularly in technology law, data privacy & AI regulations & assessing how legal developments could impact the company's products, services, operations & compliance obligations; analyzing significance of legal developments & preparing work product including legal memos, briefs & compliance reports explaining & clarifying legal issues; & providing comprehensive legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy & contract law matters across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible. Salary range: $176,033.00-$244,325.00/year. Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm.
