The successful candidate will apply their passion andunderstanding for the Maritime and offshore industry to engage plan, conductand manage customer engagements to identify solution needs and offerings. TheTSAM will identify, develop, drive, report, present and win profitable businessopportunities, by collaborating externally and internally with supporting experts,functions and stakeholders!
How You’ll Make an Impact
Contributingto our continued positive momentum of ambitious revenue &profitability growth targets as well as support increase of customersatisfaction from existing and new customer base in North America with akey focus on the Gulf Coast Area
Activelycover multiple customer accounts representing the present, and future,full value chain of the Service/Lifecycle Solutions business portfolio inthe Business
Define,support and follow-up offers and actively participate in development,presentation and contract closing with clients, and participate in fullsales process until handover to execution teams
ThroughCRM tools keep close track on accounts, opportunities and activities
Identifyrelevant portfolio offerings that can help customers operational aspects
Self-motivatingand sets clear targets and goals and not satisfied with the status quo
What You Bring
Adegree in Electrical, Automation, Marine Engineering and TechnologyManagement or equivalent and a strong understanding of the maritimeindustry is required; A strong technical understanding ofElectrical and Automation systems on Ships and vessels and previousseafaring and/or offshore experience is a plus.
Minimumof 8 years of marine and offshore industry experience is required; solidexperience in technical sales, account management is strongly preferred;Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more seniorlevel position
Mustbe willing to travel up to 40% of the time both regionally inside NorthAmerica and occasionally internationally
Broadcustomer network in maritime and offshore community and bringing aconsistent track record of building customer networks and winning businessis preferred.
Strongknowledge, understanding and ability to clearly articulate technicalaftermarket solutions and its value propositions, within Electrification,Automation, and Digitalization concepts.
Commitmentto achieving results with a strong customer consulting and solutionmentality by creating demand for solutions and services.
All candidates must be authorized or able to obtainauthorization to work in the United States.
