Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a part time Building Services Coordinator in Brownsville, TX.$20/hrOnsiteM-F 10am-2pm Building Services Coordinator The position requires an individual responsible for cleaning and maintaining all cardio and weight machines, assist in setting up and taking down equipment for activities and requesting supplies and equipment as needed. Detailed duties include, picks up litter left around the facility, empties trash cans, removes garbage from inside the building and sets out cans for pick up; sweeps, mops, vacuums, and cleans carpet on a routine basis; cleans windows, mirrors, televisions, and all furniture including dusting and polishing; maintains and cleans facility including restrooms, break room, dining area, storage, coffee center and water fountains; replaces soap, antibacterial, and all paper products in dispensers; assists in setting up and taking down equipment for activities; requests supplies and equipment as needed; utilizes safety measures and assists in the overall safety at all times inside the building; sets-up furniture and rooms for classes and special events; performs all other related duties as assigned. The pay rate for this Building Services Coordinator is $20/hr., plus overtime as needed. Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
