As a Contracts Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to analyze and determine contract language and strategies to protect project profitability for Michels Pipeline, Inc. Critical for success is the ability to always maintain confidentiality. It is essential to have a strong attention to detail, oral and written communication. This is a fast-paced environment; must have the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

What it takes?
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of contracts or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe
Prior experience working in Bluebeam Construction Software
Prior DocuSign or document management systems experience
Must possess a valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
