We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry, based in BRUNSWICK, Ohio, United States. The role revolves around providing customer service and support within an onsite setting. You will be responsible for handling customer orders, scheduling deliveries, and communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer orders via email, ensuring accurate and timely entry

• Confirming with customers that their order has been received and is being processed

• Scheduling trucks for the delivery of chemical products as required

• Printing shipping labels and managing other related duties

• Ensuring effective communication with customers to build and maintain relationships

• Adapting easily to new tasks and responsibilities as needed

• Answering inbound calls and providing quality customer service

• Operating basic office equipment as required

• Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence

• Balancing multiple tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are met.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Experience in handling email correspondence in a professional manner

• Familiarity with order entry, tracking delivery schedules, and managing purchase orders

• Ability to take orders, obtain quotes, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Capacity to easily adapt to new situations and changes in business environment

• Experience in answering inbound calls and operating basic office equipment

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
