You are responsible for

  • After full training, operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement. Install Philips Health Systems according to standards with respect to quality and installation time including testing complex networks following stringent real time patient data requirements. (Mainly electronic, but also mechanical, hydraulic and IT interventions)

  • Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and compliant with the Philips quality standards - Perform corrective maintenance in a compliant way, making use, if necessary, of the modality team and the technical support structure

  • Support and participate in the Remote Service Center when needed

  • Escalate timely to our Western Europe service support organization

  • Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, field problem reports, and other paperwork as assigned

  • Be a brand ambassador for Philips Health Systems in appearance and behavior in accordance with Philips policy.

  • Consignment duty and/or service duty outside office hours if applicable

  • Engage in required product and quality trainings locally or abroad

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • You preferably have a bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience in IT and connectivity is an asset.

  • You are familiar with computer tools, office software and database management system.

  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch language skills would be an asset).

  • Organized, rigorous and methodical, you have good interpersonal skills, and you communicate easily.

  • You can work alone and cooperate and consult with the team to solve problems quickly for customers

  • You are dynamic and reactive, you have initiative and can make proposals.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation available to respond onsite 24x7 as needed.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
