• Manage warehouse staff and ensure alignment with corporate warehousing strategy.

{=html} <!-- --> - Implement best practices in warehouse management, including sustainability initiatives, to align with the company\'s environmental and social responsibility objectives.

{=html} <!-- --> - Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives

{=html} <!-- --> - Manage warehouse functions, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving and inventory control

{=html} <!-- --> - Ensure inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets are pulled.

Education And/or Experience

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Warehousing

{=html} <!-- --> - Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

{=html} <!-- --> - Safety certifications (minimum OSHA 30, First Aid/AED/BBP preferred)

{=html} <!-- --> - Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (Associate\'s Degree or higher preferred)

{=html} <!-- --> - Prior education in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred

{=html} <!-- --> - Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred

{=html} <!-- --> - Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor

{=html} <!-- --> - Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification

{=html} <!-- --> - Valid Driver\'s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
