Job Title: Inventory Manager and Production Coordinator

Job Description

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage inventory for parts and labor, schedule drivers to optimize costs, and purchase and calibrate machines. The role involves adjusting production levels and staffing across different product lines to minimize inventory levels, monitoring product standards, implementing quality control and training programs, working with outside suppliers to enhance the quality of raw materials, and approving expenditures for supplies and materials. Additionally, you will develop production schedules and duty assignments and ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.

Shop environment with some outside work as the shop isn't big enough for all services. New installations occur in the shop.
