ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Buena Park, California
Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Buena Park, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $23/hr
What's the Job?
Work with less complex accounts and manage customer order fulfillment using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Monitor the order process to ensure timely deliveries according to commitments and forecast allocations.
Receive and book orders accurately and in a timely manner while responding to customer inquiries and requests.
Prepare clear and concise reports, documentation, and routine customer correspondence both internally and externally.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
2+ years of recent customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to work effectively with team members and follow guidance from supervisors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, count, and distinguish.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
