Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Buena Park, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $23/hr

What's the Job?

• Work with less complex accounts and manage customer order fulfillment using word processing and spreadsheet applications.

• Monitor the order process to ensure timely deliveries according to commitments and forecast allocations.

• Receive and book orders accurately and in a timely manner while responding to customer inquiries and requests.

• Prepare clear and concise reports, documentation, and routine customer correspondence both internally and externally.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of recent customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with team members and follow guidance from supervisors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, count, and distinguish.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
