The Customer Relationship Management Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of Customer Relationship product management in in the US market. This includes the product’s vision, strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution. The candidate works closely with local and global resources to improve the CRM user experience and increase user effectiveness resulting in increased productivity. The candidate will represent the CRM product offering to senior leadership, provide subject matter expertise, and influence key business and technology decisions. This candidate will function as a part of the US Digital Channels team, reporting to the Head of Digital Channels.

As ourCustomer Relationship ManagementProduct Manager you will:

  • Prioritize CRM initiatives and strategies based on business goals, developing and ultimately presenting ideas to executive management

  • Manage key performance indicators, measuring efficiency and revenue gain across business lines

  • Consult with business, IT and our external partners to drive innovation and growth

  • Drive immediate and long-term initiatives to maximize advisor sales and minimize costs

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $55,900.00 and $83,900.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Qualifications

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • 5 years’ software product management experience

  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred

  • Experience analyzing data to gain and properly convey the context and meaning of the insights to stakeholders

  • Proven vendor management experience, SLA management, negotiation and project delivery

  • History managing product roadmaps

  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to collaborate with business partners throughout HSBC and influence change

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • The ability to work with limited supervision; the ability to make decisions regarding assigned projects independently or with limited direction from management

  • Ability to lead groups of individuals on a project basis; the capability to render quick, decisive actions as required by sudden crises

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
