One Family.Purpose StatementThe Digital Content Producer - Digital Demand Creation manages Rich's Virtual Culinary customer training & education strategy andwill build live and virtual programs for Rich's customers as well as developing & editing any video content required.The focus of the Digital Content Producer - Digital Demand Creation is to elevate live/virtual and on-demand experiences and deliver a dynamic, on-brand experience.This includes coordination with internal marketing teams, sales & culinary resources, Rich's production studio, and external agency partners.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesResponsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of virtual events including webinars, webcasts and virtual sales calls, virtual trade shows; and driving the content development processLeads & mentors the Video Editing and Production CoordinatorManage, prioritize and oversee events and virtual experiences from creative concept development through agency briefing to executionOversees program planning, site selection, presentation development, video design & development, branding and graphic design, interactive/experiential technology and budgetEffectively shapes event messaging, agenda and content, both for individual events as well as overarching brand campaigns and individual virtual customer eventsConsults with internal teams and provide recommendations to drive the digital customer experienceSupport Culinary, Sales & Digital teams to edit and produce a range of video & digital media types from solution-level messaging, learning assets, product handling & demos, and customer meetings & presentationsCreates informative, engaging, and persuasive content geared toward supporting the customers' buying journeys and building the Rich's brandDelivers completed video assets to various endpoints - websites, mobile, social media, training & education, sales enablement platforms, and moreContributes to new content requirements, best practices, and new content capabilities that advance Rich's Product 360 strategyInfluences and lead the development of a robust video content library, and develop retention schedules for all media typesParticipates in Agile product development work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as requiredSupervises VO recordings and video shoots as neededCoordinates with Rich's Content Factory to ensure that quality, consistency and adherence to brand identity is reflected in all videos producedSupports creation, curation, and management of video assets as needed, including raw file storageMonitors emerging digital best practices and platforms, and key industry trends for story ideas and creation of competitive contentKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing or related field required3+ years' experience producing live/virtual events and direct expertise in content developmentTravel is 5%-10%Experience with digital event activations and/or experiential eventsExperience with virtual event production and virtual platformsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plusPhoto and video editing experienceKnowledgeable of the strengths, differences and limitations of various virtual event platformsDemonstrated creative thinker with solid written and verbal communication skills with all levels within an organizationDemonstrated ability and knowledge of digital, logistical and technical aspects of productionDemonstrated production and account management competencies such as: client focus, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and delegationDemonstrated ability in creatively solve problems, resourceful, and collaborativeHighly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWork on ad hoc requests as requiredSolid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint User)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or comparable video editing softwareExperience with Microsoft Teams (meetings & Live events) a plusIndividual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet#LI-SS1COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
