FlexStaff is seeking a Land Surveying Manager for our client, an engineering firm, to lead and manage land surveying services and oversee field staff operations in the Western NY region.
This is a permanent, full-time job.
The ideal candidate would have a 10 years' land survey experience and a professional survey licensure for NYS, as well as a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, while interfacing with clients and staff
Work within the project scopes and budgets, and manage deadlines while prioritizing assignments
Perform business development activities, proposal preparation, and project management
Manage survey staff
Survey calculations, analysis and final map checking, review of title data, record drawings research, and client relations
Write descriptions for property boundary survey use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents
Verify the accuracy of field survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$135,000/year
