One Family.Job SummaryThe Manager, IT Product Management, Digital Customer Experience is a hands-on leadership position with the skills and experience to lead and manage a digital product team. In this role you will be asked to understand business needs and translate those needs into high-level design plans to enhance our Digital Customer Experience ecosystem. As a business partner, you'll manage stakeholders, work within an agile framework, and implement our go-to-market approach. This role requires strategic leadership, budget management, a knack for innovation, and the ability to work with ambiguity.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesBusiness Partner Management* Articulates product and resources needs to support the capability strategy and product(s) roadmaps.* Manages the digital product line budget effectively, making informed decisions regarding investment prioritization.* Works with stakeholders to continually optimize the governance and decision-making processes within the digital product line.Technology Management* Coordinates with the business and IT architecture team to ensure alignment of digital products and IT services.* Collaborates with other digital product line leaders to prevent duplication and identify interdependencies.* Manages vendor relationships pertinent to the digital product line, ensuring alignment of vendor products and services with the enterprise strategy.* Helps to incorporate digital possibilities into the business strategy, including the company's product and channel strategies.* Collaborates with business stakeholders to transfer technology prototypes led by the business to the IT digital product line for expansion, when possible.* Stays abreast of digital product trends to enhance digital product line outcomes.* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, AI, and software development processes.* Establish value management, measure, and interpret results as a strategic organizational capability.* Advocate as a champion of change for your partners' strategic plans.* Develop deep domain knowledge of your partner's organizational functions.* Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation.People Management* Collaborates on performance management (objectives & target setting) with IT function and talent leaders for shared services/cross-functional resources.* Demonstrates competencies in areas such as influencing, teamwork, communication, and learning agility, enabling associates to rapidly switch between tasks, work closely with business partners, and contribute effectively to digital product outcomes.Knowledge, Experience and Skills* Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, IS, or relevant work experience* 7+ years of experience managing and delivering IT products and/or platforms with a proven track record of success.* 4+ years of experience working directly with senior business leaders.* 4+ years of experience in project/process management* 3+ years working experience across 2 or more experience platforms (Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms)* 2+ years of strong experience in a DevOps / Agile working environment* 1-2 years managing an offshore team* In-depth experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe EM, Wordpress, Contentful, etc)* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebMaster Tools, Adobe Analytics) - to weave analytical insights into the fabric of our decision-making processes.* Deep understanding of Composable Architecture a plus* Ability to research technology and articulate how it could enhance business capabilities and processes.Candidates should ideally also be able to demonstrate the following:* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with mid-level management and business stakeholders.* Ability to research technology trends and articulate how they could enhance digital product capabilities and processes.* Strong business acumen, with a clear understanding of key financial drivers related to growth and an organization's revenue goals.* Ability to develop and deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps.* Conceptual knowledge of hardware/software platforms and cloud architecture* Research technology and articulate how it could enhance business capabilities and processes.* Knowledge of design thinking, software development, Agile methodologies, and business process.* Experience with vendor management and delivering to SOWs.

Minimum Salary: 123,000 Maximum Salary: 185,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
