Summary: Identifies nursing staffing needs; designs, develops, implements and coordinates recruitment solutions to meet identified needs in nursing and related titles; interviews and conducts reference checks on all nurse recruitments and related titles; screens and hires applicants in areas; follows employment policies and procedures. Develops recruitment strategies; serves as a consultant to departmental management in identifying most effective recruitment strategies as well as adherence to Human Resources policies as it relates to employment. Salary range is $84,246 to $105,255.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
3. High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field.

NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will be a Registered Nurse, preferably with oncology background. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have previous experience with Workday, Healthcare Recruitment, previous Human Resources experience as well as Leadership Experience and previous involvement in committees.
