Salary: 70,570.50-105,865.50 USD

Summary:

The primary goal of this positon is to increase physician referrals to the fully integrated Catholic Health System (CH) and its specialists incorporating the philosophy and mission of CH. This position will be responsible for determining individual physician referral preferences, interpreting and acting upon opportunities for process improvement, communication and problems solving. Must demonstrate aptitude in program development and implementation with strong customer service skills.

Responsible for fostering relationships with non-referring physicians, their office staff and key decision-makers to gain market share for CH. This position will focus on improving physician satisfaction and act as a liaison between the physician, the hospital and Catholic Medical Partners.

Target physicians and key stakeholders including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, allied health professionals, surgical and medical specialists, referral and care coordinators and office managers and staff. This position will analyze all market share data, physician volume and physician satisfaction data and contribution and other information sources to determine base line targets and to create future targets.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required

  • Master's degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of healthcare related experience

  • Sales experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Working relationship/knowledge of providers in the service area preferred

  • Working functionality of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA

  • Willingness to learn new software applications

  • Excellent communication skills - written, oral interpersonal

  • Ability to work independently and be results driven

  • Valid Driver's License
