Job Title: Part Time Picker/Packer

Job Description

A leading pharmaceutical client is seeking to add multiple Picker/Packer team members to their state-of-the-art facility in Buffalo, NY. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the pharmaceutical industry and grow your resume.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customers in a fast-paced semi-automated production environment.

• Fill, pack, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and supported hardware and software.

• Read computer-generated screens, find indicated merchandise on labeled shelves, and verify the quantity and dosage of the product before selecting for order.

• Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory.

• Maintain housekeeping, proper storage of goods, and ensure correct and reliable shelf labels for merchandise locations.

• Perform other duties as assigned, including mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience in a picking, packing, or small part assembly role.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Quality focus.

• Experience with forklift, material handling, inventory, picking, packing, general labor, and production.

Work Environment

State-of-the-art facility that is clean and climate-controlled. The position is for the 2nd shift: 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. OR 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
