Description

Job Summary

The Engineering intern will be responsible for assisting Engineers in the facility.

Job Duties

  • Assisting in the creation of all required documentation for the transfer and startup of the facility (including visual maps, PM procedures, QAS, etc.).

  • Execute equipment IQ

  • Assist with testing and qualifications

  • Accountable for business metrics (safety, quality, delivery, and cost).

  • Perform business time study.

  • Some hands-on work in the clean rooms.

  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

Intern Takeaways:

Organization and planning, fostering inclusiveness, communication, gaining knowledge, skills & experience in engineering documentation, and building relationships.

Starting Pay: $15-18/hr

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least a rising college Junior.

  • 100% on-site position

  • Satisfy pre-employment drug screen. This test is paid for by Harmac.

  • Able to start by August 26,2024

Preferred Requirements:

  • Comfortable with Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

  • Comfortable with English

  • Detail fanatic

Duration of employment:

  • 38-40 hours a week. The schedule starts between 7 and 8:30 am. This will be determined upon hiring. Up to 18 weeks.
